Les r\u00eaves de l'ennemi font peur, sont souvent sombres, sans espoir et pleins de tentations ; les cauchemars en sont des exemples \u00e9vidents. Allah peut vous montrer ou vous parler de choses n\u00e9gatives qui vont se produire, mais il y a toujours eu un message d'espoir dans le r\u00eave. Allah n'ajoute jamais la peur \u00e0 votre vie ; Il la r\u00e9duit toujours. Vous pouvez voir un r\u00eave qui vous montre la cause de votre peur, mais qui vous apporte ensuite une solution.<\/li>
Les r\u00eaves de nous-m\u00eames peuvent \u00eatre le traitement des \u00e9v\u00e9nements et des traumatismes, ou des r\u00e9actions \u00e0 l'environnement. Ils peuvent mettre en \u00e9vidence nos propres d\u00e9sirs et nos propres peurs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Someone gave eight questions to help understand a dream’s meaning<\/strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
- Quel est le sentiment ou l'\u00e9motion le plus important dans le r\u00eave? L'\u00e9l\u00e9ment \u00e9motionnel est l'indice le plus significatif de ce dont il s'agit dans le r\u00eave. Avez-vous eu peur? Confiant? Quelle \u00e9tait la cause de l'\u00e9motion?<\/li>
- Ce r\u00eave vous rappelle-t-il quelque chose d'hier ? Si oui, alors c'est un r\u00eave d'association.<\/li>
- O\u00f9 cela se passe-t-il? \u00c0 quoi ce lieu vous fait-il penser ? A-t-il une signification particuli\u00e8re pour vous? Comment ce lieu vous a-t-il fait ressentir des \u00e9motions? Est-ce un lieu s\u00fbr et aimant ou un lieu dangereux et mena\u00e7ant pour vous?<\/li>
- Pouvez-vous r\u00e9sumer rapidement le r\u00eave? Ne r\u00e9organisez pas le r\u00eave pour lui donner un sens!<\/li>
- Concentrez-vous sur les personnages principaux - qui vous rappellent-ils? Quels sentiments vous ont-ils procur\u00e9s? Quelle part de vous-m\u00eame se trouve dans cette personne?
