Oração

In Matthew 6:9-13, Jesus teaches us how to pray Allah’s prayer. This prayer is not meant to substitute for our personal prayer time with Allah, nor is it a transcript to be recited, but rather, it is a prayer to Allah to seek His will and guidance in our lives. The message bears much more weight than the way the words are spoken.
“When you pray, don’t be like the hypocrites who love to pray publicly on street corners and in the synagogues where everyone can see them. I tell you the truth, that is all the reward they will ever get.But when you pray, go away by yourself, shut the door behind you, and pray to your Father in private. Then your Father, who sees everything, will reward you.
“When you pray, don’t babble on and on as the Gentiles do. They think their prayers are answered merely by repeating their words again and again.Don’t be like them, for your Father knows exactly what you need even before you ask him!Pray like this:
Pai Nosso que estás nos céus,
Santificado seja o Vosso nome.
Venha a nós o Vosso reino.
Seja feita a Vossa vontade,
assim na Terra como no Céu.
O Pão-Nosso de cada dia nos dai hoje, perdoa as nossas ofensas,
assim como nós perdoamos a quem nos tem ofendido.
And don’t let us yield to temptation,[b] but rescue us from the evil one.

Ever since we were children, we always wanted a best friend that can be with us when we need them to listen to us, advise us, and to love us. Isa Al Masih is the real life best friend that we have always desired. More importantly, His relationship with us always existed! It is our lack of knowing Him or our disconnect that contributes to a less than close relationship. But He even said Himself that He will never turn away those that come to Him.
“All those the Father gives me will come to me, and whoever comes to me I will never drive away.”(Injil, John 6:37)
Essas palavras são do próprio Jesus. Tudo o que precisamos fazer é acreditar e Allah fará o resto.

In order to have a personal relationship with our Creator, we shouldunderstand who Jesus is. Jesus is both in the Quran and the Bible, two different and yet similar accounts but both descriptions are God inspired, and, therefore, looking into the Bible to understand Jesus reveals to us a more illustrative picture of Allah.

A oração é absolutamente essencial para alcançarmos um relacionamento com Alláh. Muitas vezes achamos que passar tempo com Deus requer tanto esforço quanto passar tempo com nossa família e amigos. Além disso, temos que tomar mais cuidado com esse relacionamento do que com todos os outros. Isso Não deve ser um momento para se recitar uma oração específica, mas uma oração que consagramos totalmente a nós mesmo e à Alláh.

Prayer is not just a time to ask for what we want, and praying when we want something should not be the only time we pray.We are told by Isa Al Masih,“Buscai, pois, em primeiro lugar, o seu reino e a sua justiça, e todas estas coisas vos serão acrescentadas” (Mt 6:33).

Muitas vezes oramos por coisas em nossas vidas, um novo trabalho, um cônjuge, cura, ajuda financeira, talvez até um novo cachorrinho. Não importa o motivo, buscar Allah por querer algo não é a única razão de irmos à Ele. Vamos antes à Ele, apenas por buscá-lo, Sua presença, Sua orientação e tudo nos será acrescentado.

Allah knows our hearts, He knows our circumstances, He knows when we have done wrong even if we don’t repent. But it is through developing a relationship with Him that all of the things we desire begin to work out, sometimes not according to how we see them, but how HE sees fit.

Algo para se pensar: se seus amigos e familiares viessem a você apenas para receber algo. E se esse fosse o único momento em que eles falassem com você, perdendo tempo no dia deles? Como você se sentiria? Agora Imagine Alláh ouvindo tantos pedidos, mas com poucas tentativas de construir um relacionamento com Ele.
